The Service operates on a credit-based model. Credits are consumed when you use tools such as scraping, enrichment, verification, and form submission. Credit costs vary by tool and are displayed in the platform before you launch any job.
New accounts receive 100 free credits upon registration. Free credits are provided at our sole discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Credits may be purchased via Stripe or PayPal. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Prices are displayed in US Dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
If you subscribe to a monthly plan, you will be billed automatically each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refunds are issued for partial months.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
